Fixed Internally Resetting Persistent Instances window is empty at first run

    In order to clear persistent instances, the list of previously completed zones is blank when you open Dungeon Finder the first time. On occasion, a player will have to run /df more than once in order for the list to populate.

    This had happened all thru Fallen Gate, so definitely not a new bug.

    This is an old bug, but I would still like it to be fixed at some point.
