The researcher in AC gives the quest out, but when you return with item made, he doesn't appear to recognize it and no rewards given. Numerous people in General chat have confirmed. Even deleting and retrying doesn't do it.
Also just happened to me. Xavi Heliul doesn't have a book over his head(Quest completion icon). I hail him and he asks If I've finished and I say yes and he does not update the quest and the quest stays complete in my journal. I asked in chat and got several replies it was also bugged for them.
