On the TLE servers especially, rogues kind of get shafted on buffs due to having to be put into sub-optimal group setups in raids. What do you think about allowing Rapidity and Velocity to be cast to any raid member similar to how Synergism and Peaceful Link works? This would allow for the Rogue in one of the mage groups to get a Velocity from the Coercer in the MT/OT group. And it would also allow for the Predator/Rogue in the OT group that is struggling with Haste buffs to get a Rapidity from an illusionist in the mage group. I think it would add a little more versatility and keep our rogues happier.
