Ranger Triple Shot VIII & IX inflict damage once

    Did they just roll all the damage up into one? Lower versions can inflict 3 attacks.

    They did for a lot of abilities to reduce server stress, but couldn't multiply by 3 for the new tier for a lot of them so most of them actually do less damage than previous tier (although, last tier also has the hit penalty)

    The same goes for the second hit on certain AEs, Off-Stance and Makeshift Arrow in Prestige AA.

    Yes. They rolled the damage into one bigger hit.

    I don't think Triple Shot should be a dot. It's actually one of the best Ranger CAs...right behind Sniper Shot.
