It's the beautiful green leathers that Lachlyn Cauldthorn (NPC from the Qeynos core questline) wears and many others that I think are Rangers in Elddar Grove. Is this available for players or is it NPC only? I've been trying to find this but nothing on marketplace or broker matches it. I know that new items have been added at New Halas and at Wanderlust Fair in DLWoods, but I've not found this set at all. Thanks in advance!
The green armor that the scouts around Qeynos are wearing is available for purchase after completing the scout quests in Qeynos (I don't recall which quest opens up the purchase) from the new merchants in the building with the broker in NQ. The crate is heirloom so you can pass it to your non-scouts.
