So basically this won't return Rangers to a Tier 1 DPS class, but will make EVERYONE ELSE do better damage? This is ridiculous. No wonder everyone is betraying. Did a Ranger hurt someone at Daybreak and this is their revenge?
I never come across this CA on a ranger Increased the base auto-attack bonus of Vicious Stabbing to 0.76 per tier. Auto attack seems useless still, honed reflexes needs a much higher flurry multiplier, 1.5 is nothing.
i havent been able to get into the beta server just yet. but please for the love of god, tell me that the deaggro portion of cat like reflexes does not count towards fighters
Logged on beta last night to look at changes ,Makeshift Arrows was still showing up as a Ranger only ability . Has the group portion been added as of yet?
Does it really matter though? From what I have seen and heard so far it will stay as ranged only and since it has a 4.0 internal cooldown, even stacking two rangers wont have an effect on the output and the change is just odd to begin with. They need to change it to "combat hit" for this change to make even remotely sense.

Increased Flurry modifier by 146% What is this supposed to do? Should we see a stat increase somewhere? Is it a hidden effect? It certainly does not increase the flurry multiplier stat by that amount. Please provide a better explanation regarding how it affects the percentages below.
Cat-Like Reflexes is now a group buff This buff applies the fervor to the group, but the threat decrease does not proc for group members. The threat decrease for the group should be on "any hit" and should only apply to non-fighters.
Increased the base damage of Hidden Shot by 122% Does this also apply to the AA replacement 'Hidden Assault'? The vast majority of rangers take this AA replacement. Edit - I compared the values from live to beta and this DOES NOT affect Hidden Assault. Please update so this increase effects the AA replacement spell.
Enhance: Honed Reflexes Honed Reflexes will apply to the group at rank 5 The Blazing Weaponry proc from Honed Reflexes is not applying to the group. Only the flurry multiplier portion is.
I am concerned about Makeshift Arrow and Cat -Like -Reflexes turning into group buffs. First proccing of "Ranged Attacks" means Mages, Priests and Tanks would have to use a Bow /Crossbow through the complete fight and i don't see that happening. Changing the Code to procc of "On any combat hit" could break the buffs either way. It's not like this never happened before. My suggestion is to add Fervor and a deaggro proc (to proc on any combat hit) to Hawk Attack

The changes implemented to increase auto attack do not provide enough of an increase to make it worthwhile. I'm noticing about a 40% increase from live to beta, but auto attack is still less than 1% of the overall parse.
Increased the base damage of Stream of Arrows by 57% This change doesn't appear to have been implemented.
The makeshift arrows buff is now showing for the group. It does not appear to proc at all. Tested with ranged auto attack and ranged combat arts. Again, this needs to proc off of any hit for the group.
