Well once again I need the help of my game mates. I had to go back in time and do this quest. It's a short and easy quest with no requirements. Killed the named ones. After many tries I cannot get this damn "Book of Summoning" to talk. Should I use torture? j/k Thanks!
Only thing I can think of is, if you are high level and the mobs are gray, make sure you have killed the shadowed men around the book when you go to turn it in. I think it will only interact with you if it is alone (shy?). I haven't done that quest in awhile so hopefully a bug hasn't been introduced.
