Just throwing out an idea here Game is too big: Limit everyone to zones of 10 levels for 3 months 1 month 10-19 zones start everyone at 10 and level and use content to 20 - pvp, pve, crafters 2 month open 20 - 30 stop access to 10-19 if new players come aboard they get to start at 20 3 month open 30 - 40 stop access to 20- 30 etc After 3 months roll toons off to persistent - better item adjustment Basically everyone wins - if you want constant pvp you get event sever, if you want to keep the work you have done then you get to stay on persistent and pvp with all the crap. But you get to choose. Just a way to keep itemization on par and the workload manageable for the dev. after the 3 month release they can just roll the update to persistent. Development is about taking a problem and making it smaller not trying to do a whole server at one time ...increment it. Players get the best of both worlds. Maybe I am out of mind but seems like a start off plan. .
What we can see from all these new suggestion threads in General Discussion and in Testing here for a completely revamped Nagafen beta is that the current FFA beta is not working. What radical changes are made from this point on remains to be seen.
Suggestion: once it's live, can PVP have a forum all its own, please? Not buried, either, but out of Test, except for when things are Tested later when they come down the pike like the other servers? Uwk
