    Purple runes stack. However, the set bonus does not stack. It is a singular effect.
    The existing magnitude of the effect is displayed on any purple rune.

    7 pieces of accuracy runes would indeed provide +63.
    The Mastercraft Rune: Armor belongs to the Stamina Set. As a result, you can still achieve a 7 or 8 piece bonus while using this piece.

    Of what... the 8th piece? it is a 100% drop from the boss of the zone. 100% chance to get one of the 3 patterns.
