Purchase Preview Error on 4 accounts

    I'm trying to re-subscribe but get the "Purchase Preview Error" on 4 different account before I even pick a payment option. Is the payment system broken or under maintenance?

    I've just submitted a ticket for this: Request #1108242

    Unfortunately none of the categories fit. Payment or Billing issues requires a card or transaction, and the website doesn't even get that far.
