It's only a few players as usual. I've submitted in game screenshots of people offering to sell, snips of a 6 boxed group of nakeds picking up writs and people openly admitting to it in Discord. That was over a week ago so I can only assume it's permitted behaviour. In good news, I understand the two guys who use external programs to speed hack were banned, and they weren't on Deathtoll. The decline in Krono prices also indicates noone is botting. Small steps.
Um, no, a whole lot of players are buying and selling kills. Trying actually leveling a real character in EL sometime: the place is overrun with red 50s all the time, and the chat is completely overrun every night with /shouts for buying/selling kills. It's been going on for weeks, so much so you can barely get a word in edgewise to get a team going with any of the few real players left.
