I just bought a T3 Commonlands guild hall for the first time, and it is difficult to find places where the floor will actually support items placed. More often than not they show red when trying to place them, and often after managing to place them the house "eats" them and they end up back in the moving crate. I've had T3 Antonica guild halls before and never had this much problem. Is this a common issue with the T3 CL guild hall, or do I just have a bugged one? Also, is the T4 any better? If so, and I move to a T4, will the saved layout from the T3 load into the T4, since they are the same, the T4 just holds more items?
Ive had this issue with ant t3 and t4, and am now in a kerafyrm lair and happy with it , it doesn't eat items like other places.
