Problems uploading an avatar

    I'm getting a constant error message when trying to upload an avatar from my PC while in my profile. It says:
    "Error while setting your avatar. It may be related to the absence of graphical libraries in the server. Please contact the site administrator."
    The file is a .png graphic 128x128 pixel (max is 130 x 130) and is 36 KB.
    Any ideas?

    I don't think we're allowed to use custom avatars. In fact I'm surprised the option even shows, it didn't used to.

    Where are you trying to upload to? The Character section for eq2players is not up and running yet, it is "Coming Soon".

    Oh ok. I thought he was talking about eq2players.com, afterall that is what this forum is for.

    I got that same error. I finally had to link to an avatar that I uploaded somewhere for that purpose. Also, you have to "remove current avatar" first to get the new one to "take".
