Prismatic Infuser doesn't give the minimun bonus

    Hi

    I have used a Blood of Luclin:prismatic Infuser on my Darkened Shissar Bone Ring.
    Description of the infuser: "has a 100% chance to increase sta by 2104 to 2630..."

    My stamina base is 1332, I have used Standar Stamina infusers to increase a +456 sta and then used the Prismatic Infuser wich added only a 440 sta (!) Now I have a +996 sta

    Same for Abilty Mod, I added 12000 with standar infusers and the Prismatic only added +16742 of "30000 to 375000" promised bonus.

    Critical bonus and Potency works as expected.

    It seems the minimum stamina is not being put on by any of the equipment infusers such as prismatic and cobalt infusers.
