Prime Great Dragon Scales Recipe book

    I got a Prime Great Dragon Scales drop from Dragon Attack.
    It contains stuff to make Dragonhide Shround of Deathdealing, Dragonscale Plate Pauldrons and some other things.
    Where do I get the recipe book to make them? I looked on the Tradeskill event vendors but no go.

    Though it dropped from one of the Dragon Attack dragons, the recipe comes from the raid version Skyshrine research apprentice Yelnar
