I'm guessing the mobs in the prelude quest are supposed to be easier for folks who have CD gear, and that the prelude quests are going to go away when new expac drops, and that the CD content won't open to FTP players until then. Can someone please tell me if I'm off on any of these? Thanks! Jepster
F2P content stopped at AoM. You can continue to play F2P, but you'll have to buy the current expansion if you want to move past AoM.
Dude is right and since he is the messenger, well, you know the phrase …. Don't kill the messenger... They announced when ToT released that no new FtP content would be unlocked. If you want anything past AoM, you can purchase the basic version of CD right now for $17 and some change as it is 50% off right now, you get all the content through CD unlocked, you just do not get any of the extra items that came with CD.
