So with spell doublecast no longer being a thing... Is Time Warp going to get any changes or is Time Warp just simply going to become a fervor buff(From epic 2.0 buff of course)? I would think they could at least change the effect from 100% spell doublecast to 100% Ability doublecast. Don't get me wrong, 25 fervor for 5secs is still nice and worth casting Time Warp for, but would be a shame to see such a huge class defining spell be 80% useless due to new stat mechanics. Anyone have any info on this?
