This started about two weeks ago only on Butcherblock server. (I am also on Antonia Bayle and Freeport with no problems) Harvesting, quest up dates, etc are at the very top of the screen and the first few lines are up off the screen. Yesterday pop-ups also were getting the right side cut off. All other items and windows show normally.
I have just found the answer now! had been playing on the other servers, as this does not occur there. i reset all windows and at this time, it seems to have worked.
