The conjuror endline prestige skill Planar Burst is not working or hitting in PvP. It works in PvE. Tested this out. Planar Burst, the conjuror endline skill on the right side does not work or do damage in PvP. It does work in PVE. Planar Detonation and Planar Wrack both work in PvP but Planar Burst does not show as hitting in the combat log or on ACT in PvP. Please Fix! Thx
