    They are back on kaladim server I am in Nettleville as of right now published a house entitled A troubadour's pad in Nettleville.

    That pandemic live event was in conjunction with the release of the game's first adventure pack, Bloodline Chronicles. Even for the Kaladim server, that event has come and gone.

    I just went to some Qeynos villages to see if there are any decorations up in there ( on Kaladin )
    and there are the place is alive with NPCs and decorated lovingly ( the villages without combat )
