Players getting stuck in their houses in New Halas zone (Crushbone server)

Hi there,
There seems to be a problem with players getting stuck in their homes in the New Halas area. Symptoms include not being able to chat, icons on the hot bar not working, and of course, not being able to right-click on the door to bring up the exit menu.
I have seen this personally on two different accounts on two different computers. Has this house zone crashed? If so can the strands folks on Crushbone get some immediate help?
