It's says to sneak around Black Burrow and look for clues. Well, I went all around BB and found nothings. What am I missing?
You gotta go way down to the bottom of Blackburrow, to the pool with the waterfall. Then swim behind the fall through a small tunnel. That's where the Blackburrow brewery is. Just walk past to twards the tunnel to the right and your quest journal will update and you shoue see somone run off. Then head back to QH.
