Faith, the left side prestige endcap, does not reflect damage as indicated. Its possible it shows as something different in ACT, but there is nothing to indicate it would on the spell itself
A while back they eliminated reflect damage cause people were putting out ridiculous numbers with bulwark of rime. Most things got replaced with a damage proc instead, even though descriptions were not. The AA ability you are referencing does put a damage proc on faith, so is probably working as intended.
