Sure the heal and resists are for everyone, but the Wis does nothing for a paladin. Usually a buff will benefit the caster as well, so how about Str or something?
Actually I also /bugged /posted about this as soon as the stats changed last expansion. You know the AA attached to it actually just increases the Wisdom Alone and NOT the resists; pretty much making it only useful for one thing and one thing only. Healer DPS. NB: I know some healers also have their heals increased through Wisdom but the actual increase is minimal compared to the bonuses they get from DPS with it. Its just a shame I ended up taking it enhanced as there was pretty much nothing else to spend my AA on in that tree.
