On the Paladin AA crusader tab, I'm just wondering... what does the "Avenging Hatred" skill do exactly? It says it "increases ability recovery speed of caster by x". However, I'm not noticing any of my abilities recovery time being reduced. What sort of skills/spells is this supposed to effect? I would really appreciate some answers/advice about this, thank you!
