Paid recurring subscription - Played fine for a week, now no access?

    I have had my account since 2006, and decided to start playing again for CoE release, I paid for a recurring 1 month sub on either 7/11 or 8/11, everything has been working fine until today.

    I went to log in today and I was presented with an error message saying I need to set up a membership, but I already have one? Going onto the SOE site it tells me I have an active EQ2 account but no membership either...

    I'd like to add that the money has left my account.

    Any ideas?

    There is some work on the servers today, so I can only suggest waiting till tomorrow, and if there is still an issue to call Sony on monday.
