oversight on T4 summoned foes loot missing orange slot choices

Why does all the T4 raid gear not have orange slots?

The one loot table that has them seems to have a number of archetypes at a disadvantage with the choices available to them.

I also noticed a recent addition of shoulders being added to the loot table however that still leaves an imbalance of raid armour with orange adorn slots(for which is required if you want to use panda oranges).

    Summoned Foes Patterns :
    \aITEM 488886089 1020826753:Satchel of Sorrowsong\/a

    - Cloak that isnt BIS(already mentioned)
    - No chain choice with orange adornments
    - 2 mage choices with orange adorn(hat + legs)
    - 4 leather choices with orange adorn(feet + legs)

    \aITEM 1780809695 1812210674:Satchel of Saryrn\/a
    - Charm that everyone wants so everyone will want this pattern regardless of armour choice
    - 1 chain choice of legs with orange adorn
    - 2 plate choices (legs with orange adorn)
    - 1 leather choice(legs with orange adorn)
    - 2 cloth choices(forearms + legs)

    \aITEM -2077581581 2092431862:Satchel of Thule\/a
    - a ring that likely noone will want first over PG ring until they get their armour slots
    - 2 chain choices(legs)
    - 3 cloth choices(hat + legs)
    - 1 plate choice(legs)

Its clear that these patterns are heavily in favour of cloth wearers with each containing at least 1 armour bit(legs) to choose from. So 4 slots in total available(including the shoulders not listed above)

Leather wearers get choice of 2 patterns but covers 2 armour slots(legs + feet). 3 Slots available(including shoulders not listed above).

Both chain and plate wearers get left high and dry with only 1 slot upgradable(legs). 2 Slots available(including the shoulders not listed above).

Please review the T4 loot table by adding orange slots where they should be or add more to the summoned foes patterns. Its quite blatant in favour of cloth and to a lesser extent leather wearers.Seems like an oversight to leave chain wearers & plate wearers with less options.

    Thanks!

Just to add , the orange adorns such as \aITEM -1433085372 -695993797:Rune: Untapped Potential\/a and the respective elementalist/thauma/geomancer equivalents require mainly the armour slots .

Chain and plate only have shoulders(shared for all) and legs(pg orange slot).

Whilst cloth have hats/shoulders(non pg slots) and leather(feet non pg slots). In addition to them having option to upgrade their forearms/legs with t4 stats?

Please review as the t4 loot and orange adorns seem heavily in favour of non chain/plate wearers...

    I agree.

Ideally can all T4 patters of same type have orange slots. All helms for example or all boots, Not some dependant on whether you are plate, chain, leather or cloth. Its unfair.

Sorry had to do it. :) heh

Loot itemization is not all about what is on just ONE mob. There are plenty of loot options in that zone.

That may ring true if they never added orange slots to the armour on the ONE mob...however they did. The loot table is skewed and needs reviewed.

At this point in time, why even bother. Why even waste the Dev time required to make changes on gear that will be outdated in about 6 weeks.

They fix other things that are still current content and deemed relevant. It stands to reason the loot tables on this mob can be adjusted for the short time we have left, after all the helmet clicky(assuming its effect persists when not wearing it) is still gonna be relevant + flawless kills for clicky. It may as well be rewarding for those that wish to gear up still.

Still odd that fellow raiders can use the orange adorn slots(focus ascension adorns equipped)without gimping their stats whereas others have to use the panda armour.

At this point we are almost done beta testing KA and getting ready to beta test PoP for the next 12 months. I think the time for loot related feedback has come and gone.

    Cold hard truth.

Just need more mobs to exclude chain/plate wearers to make it a hat trick.

Not like shade and summoned foes is quite enough...o_O

Easy fix would to make all of the loot useable by all classes in fairness.

+1 the lack of a shade type pattern for plate and chain is rather bad. Cloth and leather get access to a great BP, everyone else gets mediocrity until trak since we don't get out mythical BPs anymore

BTW - if we are talking about yellow slots: Trakanon dropped a wrist WITHOUT yellow Slot: Trakanon's Poisoned Wristlet
I think this was oversight by design ;)

Don't forget... MMO's are nothing but one long beta test. It's nothing an MMO player hasn't gone through before. The "Doing it Live" aspects of the genre necessitate it.
