I am getting the message "An agent you are trying to send on this quest is not ready." However there's no timer by the agent's name- it counted down a little while ago. Oddly, the timer was not moving when I logged on this morning- it was stuck at 8:43. Another toon had agents stuck around 10:12. I logged out, waited, came back, and the timer had expired. But I still cannot send out the agent. Tried to include a screenshot, but I guess that doesn't work. Thanks for advice.
OK Weird. I sync'd my computer date and time, and now I am getting a timer back on the agents- with a longer wait on the timer than I had when I first logged in, an hour ago. Go figure.
