I am considering betraying to freeport. But I already chose the Gnoll trait. Is this going to be a big handicap when I move to freeport? also, how difficult will questing be as a betrayer? Will half of the shops not talk to me? Will the prices be jacked, will a large number of the quests be cut off because the questmasters wont talk to me? thanks. ishnar
I think you'll be fine.. the orc trait is nice in a pinch, but ultimatly... you'll have many other skills that will work fine. It's not easy to betray, but doable. Many people do it. You'll be alright once you complete the quest, but you'll only be able to use the merchants outside of town. This will mean less for your sales and more expensive items for purchasing. It'll only be temporary, as once you betray, you're treated as anyone else from freeport. Good luck with that, btw. (also, just fyi, this would've probably been better asked in the quests forum.)
