one character, screen colors change, image included

I tried zoning. Changes until zone completely loaded then it goes shades of yellow.

Levelled up. No change. Moved color sliders in Display, no big changes.

Logged out to character select. Logged back in. same thing.

Logged out completely to desktop, and back in. No change.

Went back to character select, logged in as other character on the same account, same server.

No shades of yellow on the screen. /quit and went back to the character with the problem. Still there.

In all of this, the mini map is fine.

How do I fix this ? I would rather keep the character. Its actually looks dimmer in the screen shot.

That's what it looks like when I use the RatongaVision button. (or whatever it's called. See Like a Rat?)

Sonic Vision. You have Sonic Vision turned on. Turn it off.
