NotD illusions not working on my characters, both all access and f2p

I keep getting a sentence on my screen something like 'cannot start that now'.

I tried with all models on and off. On mounts and off mounts. Different levels, 37 through 51.

Haven't tried my 110 level character yet.

I am fairly certain this is on both Skyfire and Maj'Dul. I see other player characters with illusions and getting the illusions from the orc, goblin, what ever it is.

Any idea on how to get it to work ?

I can see the Night of the Dead illusion spell listed on the left side of my screen as an active spell on my characters.

Go into the options section of your Character screen and make sure the "Hide my Illusion" isn't check marked (I think it is by default).

Ah. On different accounts to. Yes, that would make sense.

Well, I'll wait a few minutes. Got an exception with only let me click on okay. Exited to desktop.

Didn't make a difference. Still not working.

Okay, bought a human ghost costume from the NotD merchant in Gorowyn. Didn't work.

Went into an Inn room no mount, and then it showed up.

Ran around Qeynos, without a mount, its showing.

No idea why the goblin illusion isn't showing though.

I have never seen a goblin on a mount, its possible "just a guess" that there is not a goblin on a mount animation.
