Did one daily double today then CoV crashed us to character select. After logging back in and going to next zone I received the message that I had received my allotment of coins for the day. I had the same amount of coins before the crash as I did after I ran the instance. Is this happening with anyone else?
You might try sending in a support ticket, but I don't think they can do anything but shrug and say, "well, you crashed".
