My friends play on Antonio Bayle and I'm placed on another server. Shouldn't there be a select server option? It is not appearing.
Sounds to me like you have your region set to EU-English. Antonia Bayle (AB) server is in US-English region. Open your Launcher and look in the lower left corner. It will say Version and then in yellow the region that you are presently on. Click the region name. This will cause the window to scroll up a "Select Game Version" dropdown. Change to US English and apply. Wait for the launcher to repatch. Then go in and make your character and you will have several servers to choose from (AB among them).
