I tried 5 times to open a wrought iron treasure chest in the Scourge Wastes. The keys were consumed but I didn't get any rewards. I found some old threads mentioning getting infusers from these chests, so I assume that's what the rewards should have been, but instead I got nothing because infusers don't exist anymore.
