I know that many spells have very little improvement from previous tier - in particular I am pleased that I don't have to start using and upgrading new heals at all - in fact as an Inquisitor there were a handful of spells that I want to use from the new tier. Thank you. However, all tiers of Inquest IX are identical to Inquest VIII (expert = expert, GM = GM etc) except there is a massive power increase cost to cast. Is this because it is a % based spell and would be to OP'd to improve it (Ha funny joke). Seriously though what is the point - why clutter my spell book with something that is totally useless and won't get used? You also don't get to make any money out of me buying DB Cash to upgrade my spells.
