First, I'm confused about fist wraps. It seems they are significantly less stats then other weapons, is there some other advantage I'm missing? Secondly, ammo, how do I know what to pick? Slashing, crushing, etc? It is neccessary to use? seems expenseive
Whatever the stats are, that's all there is to a weapon. There is no hidden benefit to fist wraps. Just make sure your weapons have the same delay! If you have a choice and high weapon haste pick 4.0 delay. If you don't have a lot of haste pick a lower delay like 2.5. The haste cap is 200. I pick shurikens because I mostly use range weapons to pull and they have extra range modifier. And yes you should have plenty of ammo at all times. Buy an ammo sack and fill it up. You never know when your going to need it. There are a few encounters in the game you have to range fight. If it is too expensive buy the cheap stuff, player made ammo can be cheaper then vendor bought sometimes.
