If you're in the Nagafen server, there are many guilds that do pvp. Just look up the guild recruiting over there. I'm in The Sound and the Fury guild and we have members (not me personally) going to most warfields and battleground in between while others quest and tradeskill. There's no advantage in doing a "purely" pvp guild.
