The Negotiator set used to be the equivalent but then it got used for rest of the evils and then the Name got used for the Kelethin and then Qeynos got the Kelethin version added ... and .. well .. at current there Qeynos out ranks all the other cities for Faction Armor.

And for those who care ... I sent off a list and all the files for the Faction Armor to Niami .. so her Faction page should be updated in a few days .. give or take ..
