Can one of the Devs please explain the lack of parity between the new Fervor addition to Fury's Lucidity IX (an until cancelled buff) vs. the addition of a fervor boost to Warden's Regenerating Spores VIII!?

Warden's 'fervor' boost on spores will only take affect when the spores themselves actually trigger (which is less than 15% chance), whereas the Furys buff has its fervor component active on the target at ALL TIMES! Moreover, theWarden's Spores can only be maintained on a single ally, whereas Fury's Lucidity IX can be maintained on multiple allies?

To make this fair you guys should really create some parity and add the fervor component to the warden's Aspect of the Forest IX buff (which is the equivalent spell to Furys Lucidity IX) OR, AT THE VERY LEAST, make it so that the fervor component on Warden's spores is constantly active, rather than only when the spores themselves trigger!

Ouch, I didn't realize that the fervor on Regen Spores was only a PROC.. either the fervor should be 'always' (prefered) or the fervor amount should be higher (to balance the fact that is rarely actually u).
