I've had this happened twice over two days now. I enter into a fresh instance, in my case Wayward Manor solo and Sambata Village solo, and there are trash mobs all over the place.... but no bosses or the mobs that are needed to spawn the boss. I found the first Sambata named's shiny on the ground, and those things don't spawn until after the boss has been killed. Is this a known issue? Someone else on chat chimed in that they've experienced these things as well.
