Nerfs to autoattack Priest/mage

    This makes perfect sense. Remember mages didn't even have "auto attack" until many expansions into the game. They should remove it entirely until that update/expansion actually comes out.

    Plus, the game is already too easy! We don't need mages to have such high dps. They should be brought in line with their melee counterparts. You can't just increase melee dps to fix the issue, that creates a new one; over poweredness.

    It cut me down about 40 points DPS in raid. Not horrible, but still less dps = longer time killing trash.

    It could be argued that those changes are heavily debatable, considering that those Time-locked Progression Servers have barely anything in common with the original rules and adaptations EQ2 was on back when it came out in 2004, so all of those "balance-wise" modifications have some abstract goals in mind, and don't really do much to contribute to balancing out every class against each other, while bringing up the question whether all the many changes to the itemization compared to what stats the items originally had, from many years ago, really were a good thing.
