Was looking through the AAs at PoP's launch the other day and noticed that our Blighted Horde and Awakened Grave AAs now increase the duration by 1 sec per AA spent... so being one of our good spells, I put points in without hesitation. With my class rune on, the duration did not move... with it off it moved down from 12 seconds to 11 seconds. This seems to make our class rune nearly worthless as spending the 5 points in Blighted horde is kind of a given. Is it intended that Blighted Horde is hard-capped at 12 seconds? With both the rune and the AAs the new duration should be 17 seconds instead.
