Most Fighter heals on all Time-Locked ruleset servers are no longer be percentage based.
Summoned pet abilities have gotten their first pass in PvP templates. This pass is very much in an initial state and abilities have not yet been tuned. These two updates affect the following player and pet abilities in this beta build.
