100% agree. The only debuff I actually have on my hotbars is Echoes of the Ancient IX because it debuffs combat mitigation. Only really worth it because it is boosted by AA.
Combat mitigation debuffs worth nothing as well. How much is your debuff? Is it around a hundred? Tier one raid bosses have around 45 thousand combat mitigation. Your debuff is just 0.2%. The whole raid together can hardly debuff CM by 1-2%.
