Mount ground speed

    Level 125, I'm having an issue with all my mounts ground speed set to 5%. Even vendors sold mounts are all at 5%. every mount in my inventory is at 5% ground speed. Tried clearing all AA tree to nothing, also cleared all buffs to none. Removed all gear. Validated game with full restart. The issue still persist. It is only happening on one toon which happens to be my main. Any suggestions would help.

    I discovered that I was moving at a crazy slow speed, then I removed the 'well maintained mount' buff from my GH stable hand and was back to normal. This was on both flying and traveling by foot btw.

    Yeah it's definitely the GH Stable hand buff. Guess it's bugged

    This should be moved to the BUG forum. its definitely a thing and should be addressed because others might not realize it. If a mod could move it that would be ideal... Notice the mount ground speed.
