Hi I am currently a monthly subscriber (autorenew), and seem to have not received my monthly station cash from my membership. I would guess it happens normally around the same time the billing cycles occur. Infact I just hit another billing cycle last week so I may be missing two months (I don't see a transaction record in my SC balance in my account.) , but not certain (my play time is sporadic at best currently). Thank you!!
Mine doesn't show in the transaction records, but I have gotten it. I keep and eye on my balance and it usually shows within a few days of my billing date. I've seen it take a week, but other than that I've gotten it.
Yup I actually had this issue before unfortunately - the last time I renewed my membership. I did get the inital 500 when I resubbed but after that it never came.

I am having the same issue as you but could not get it resolved. SOE Rep Alex said he would help me over a week ago and then after no response or help. Nothing has been done except normal CS closing my ticket unresolved. Why am I being ignored?
