Monthly All-Access payment gas been processing for 4 days

    Hi all.

    My monthly membership was due on 9/13. Turns out the card I had listed as primary was maxed at the time. So now, it still says a payment is pending, but i have no option to switch payment method to another card with funds on it. Is this long delay when it just seems like it should have been a quick payment was declined situation something any others have gone through, and does anyone have any suggestions for getting it resolved?

    This isn't something other players can help with. You will need to open a support ticket.

    It finally went through when I logged in after work last night. Gave me a reason to take a breather since I wasn't earning double coins for 3 days ;)
