Monk Spell Dragonfire Animation Looks Different on Sarnak

There is one more possible clue that could confirm or deny the Sarnak skeleton theory. The same visual effect is happening with \aITEM -852458624 618346372:Cloak of the Scale\/a When it is used on other races it looks like a flamethrower in one direction and when used by Sarnak it looks like pinwheels in all directions. I bet there is video file in common between the 21 races that present the fire breathing from the cloak the same way and a different file being referenced by Sarnak that present fire breathing from the cloak in a different way. Would you please look at the Cloak of the Scale to see how it is handling Sarnak differently? If, in the case of the spell (Dragonfire) or the cloak, it is possible to just change the video file that Sarnak reference to match the video file all other races reference, could we please try that? (Maybe we could try it on the Test server?)
