I failed to finish the quest, Don't Hold Back, and when I finally got my character ready to go back into the Shining Mesa Stronghold special instance the quest had disappeared from my quest journal. Not only that, but the BoL Triumph Achievement: Brilliant Butcher was missing too. I checked with my other character that was ready to try the quest and it was missing on that character too. My husband had completed the achievement and received a nice piece of jewelry which I wanted. Now the quest and achievement are missing from his journal too. I posted this in the 'Bug' thread have had no replies by other players or acknowledgement that the quest was purposefully removed or that it was truly bugged.
