Missing NPC SCOUT -- Takish Badlands 'Traveling Researcher': Angrus Silentfang - /way 667.25, 247.34

    I have camped this location for 12 hours with no sign of the NPC to progress my quest for ranger adept spell

    Is this working as intended or does this need looking at ?

    I have the predators spy lgass crystal in my inventory and quest states "find a way to upgrade my spell to adept"

    Not a bug, just haven't had the spawn thing triggered in the instance you are at. We still do not know what it is that spawns em.

    AB went (as far as I can tell) about 18 hours without the mage one so,yea, annoying but, not a bug

    Yeah. We don't know how they work, just where they spawn. As it says in the post where you got the location.
